Date of Registration         :- 7^th  October –   11^th  October 2024.     

Timing                                   :- 10.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.

Age Criteria for Nursery   :- Born between 1^st April.  2021  and  31^st March. 2022

Reg. Fee                                  :- Rs.500/-        

Requisites:- 

   (1)  Attested (by any Gazetted Officer or Notary) Photo copies of: 

• Date of Birth Certificate from The Registrar of Births &   Deaths to be attached with the form. (English Version with the Name of the child which will not be changed later)  Affidavits will not be accepted.
• Child’s Aadhar Card
• Category certificate if belongs to SC/ST/OBC

              (2)  Pass Port size Photo. (To be pasted on the form) 

              (3)  Family Photograph of the candidate (Only parents and siblings)
